Hermes EOS provides the governance overlay services to funds managed by Corston-Smith. Once a stock is selected and the corporate governance checklist is completed, Hermes EOS will review the stock and provide their governance comments as to where the target company can improve in terms of their corporate governance best practices.

Shireen Muhiudeen is our Principal Fund Manager and she leads the investment team. She has over 20 years of fund management experience and has previously managed a large in-house insurance portfolio as well as third party money for investments in the Malaysian, Indonesian and Indian equity markets. She is a member of the CFA Institute and of the International Corporate Governance Network.
Supporting the fund management team is a team of research analysts, who are equipped with diverse skills and come from different backgrounds. The team evaluates the proposals before any investment decision is made.
